7:10 Old Business
Tree planting - The board acknowledged that motions have been passed to buy and plant trees but the job haS been stalled due to utility locators and logistical problems. Job should resume in the spring with more coordination from the board.
Cameras at pool house - The board discussed installation of camera system last season and correcting remote access logins for the upcoming season.
The board acknowledged an open motion to install pond signs off of Front Point notating the main entrance to the pond and hours needs completed.
The board acknowledged an open motion to intall playground mulch and stated they anticapate it to complete this spring.
The board acknowledged the tabled mailbox discussion. Community members encouraged the board to loosen restrictions on wood post options community members may use.
7:30 New Business The board discussed snowplowing and acknowledged it doesn't look like we are currently under contract and can explore additional options.
The board discussed the mud around the pond on Front Point and discussed seeding and possible problems fullfilling additional landscaping request with our current vendor. The board seek other vendors.
The board discussed a street study petition being promoted by community members and hosted on the community website at Street Study
8:05 The board reconized the completion of service from long-term board members Mark Herndon, Sheriff Mansour, And Stephen Aldrich.
